It is made from fully matte polyester fiber and undergoes a special process by Kangjiesi to create a large number of fibers on the surface, giving it a cotton-like appearance and a soft, skin-friendly feel.

It involves exposing the yarn to a low-temperature plasma, which is a highly ionized gas, leading to physical modification and chemical activation of functional groups (such as -OH, -COOH, -C=O) on the fiber. Subsequently, a low-temperature plasma-modified layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is deposited on the fiber surface, promoting a graft reaction with the fiber molecules to form a fully encapsulated nanofilm. The PTFE polymer on the fiber surface undergoes high-temperature baking, resulting in a unique microstructure resembling wolf tooth stick structure (Anti-splashing oil-proof anti-pollution fiber of wolf tooth stick structure under patent ZL201921110558.X). This application mimics the biomimetic lotus effect, enhancing surface tension and thereby providing excellent water, oil, and foul resistance.
